Withdrawals are available to fully verified players (KYC complete) who have a positive withdrawable balance in their okbst Account. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

In the event of a technical failure, communication disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, okbst will endeavour to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the failure. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. okbst's determination of the appropriate resolution in technical failure scenarios is final.
For sports betting markets, okbst reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to technical or human error, even after the event has concluded. Players are notified where void bets result from erroneous pricing and stakes are returned without delay.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting okbst support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed.
